Down to the wire, Madison (2-1, 1-0) edged rival Geneva (2-2) 82-76 in overtime on Wednsday. The win comes in the first conference contest for the Blue Streaks. JP Dragas scored eight of his game-high 46 points in the extra frame, including 4-of-5 from the charity stripe. He was 12-of-15 on the night. Noah Barnes tacked on 14 points, with eight more for Seth Negin.
The Eagles had three players in double figures – all juniors. Shooting guard Donnie Shymske led with 22, Luke Barbo was good for 17 and 15 more from power forward Andrew Oros.

Madison improves to (3-1, 1-0) with a resounding 70-46 win at Chardon. Tied at 17 after one quarter of play, the tides turned as the Blue Streaks went on a 38-16 run in the second and third.
JP Dragas drained 11 field goals on his way to a 32-point night. Dom Magda hit for 14 points, including four perfect trips to the foul line in the second half. Mac Steele added nine points.
